How your photo is used

Your photo is used to make your Pixxeleate preview, prepare the final paintable canvas/guide after checkout, and help with order support if you contact us.

Preview and final canvas

The online preview is a quick style sample. It helps you judge composition, palette, surface style, and overall mood before checkout. The final canvas/guide is prepared separately after checkout at higher production quality and detail.

Order support and reprint help

We may retain order-related files long enough to help with reprints, corrections, damaged or incorrect items, and order questions. If you need help, contact us with your order number and a clear description of the issue.

Choosing a photo

Clear photos with one main subject usually work best. Very dark images, screenshots, heavy filters, tiny subjects, or cluttered scenes may produce less readable results.
