Custom order policy

Pixxeleate orders are personalized and prepared from your uploaded photo and selected options. Because of that, returns and cancellations are more limited than they would be for a standard non-custom item.

Cancellations and changes

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as quickly as possible. Cancellations or changes may be possible before the order is approved for production.

Once production begins, changes or cancellations may be limited or unavailable because the canvas/guide is already being prepared for your order.

Preview expectations

The online preview is a representative guide. It helps you judge composition, palette, surface style, and overall mood before checkout. The final canvas/guide is prepared after checkout at higher production quality and detail.

Refunds and replacements

Because each piece is custom, we do not offer broad returns for a change of mind after production has started. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a production issue, contact us with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, reprint support, or another appropriate resolution.

Photo and option review

Please review your uploaded photo, selected size, palette, surface style, frame/depth option, and studio-set choice before checkout. If something looks wrong after ordering, contact us right away so we can review it before fulfillment.
