Pixxeleate pieces are custom-made from the photo and options you choose at checkout. After your order is placed, your final canvas/guide is prepared and reviewed before fulfillment.

Processing time

Because each order is personalized, processing time can vary. We review custom orders before they move into production. If we need to clarify an issue with your photo, selected options, or shipping information, we may contact you before the order is approved for fulfillment.

Delivery time

Delivery timing depends on the product, destination, carrier, and production queue. Shipping estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Studio sets

Studio sets, when offered, are optional early-access add-ons. They are not custom color-matched to your individual photo yet and may ship separately from the canvas/guide.

Shipping issues

If your order appears delayed, damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us with your order number and photos of the packaging/product where helpful. We will review the order and help determine the next step.
